Multi-country design system
Built from the smallest elements up to full page sections, and kept in sync with product work as new screens shipped. Adopted company-wide across four markets, it made design more consistent and delivery about 40% faster.

Flip buys devices from customers, checks and refurbishes them, then resells them. I redesigned the selling flow so people could describe their device accurately and get a fair offer, working with every department involved and iterating through user testing.
